This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (erstwhile Section 438 Cr.P.C.) in case FIR No.83 dated 17.04.2026 (Annexure P-1), under Section 303(2), 351(3) and 190 BNS (Corresponding Sections 379, 506 and 149 IPC) at Police Station Talwandi Sabho, District Bathinda. 2. This Court, vide order dated 08.05.2026 had directed the petitioners to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer and join investigation and in the event of their arrest, they were ordered to be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of the BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.). 3.
