Counsel for both the parties, on instructions from appellant as well as respondent No.1 (separate statements of appellant Bhalle Ram and respondent No.1-Dhan Raj have been recorded), have stated that the the matter has been settled between the parties amicably and the appeal/file be disposed of accordingly.
