JUSTICE JASJIT SINGH BEDI Present: None for the petitioner. Mr. Rishab Singla, AAG, Punjab. **** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J.(ORAL) 1. The learned counsel for the State has filed a custody certificate dated 23.05.2026, which is taken on record. He submits that the petitioner is an accused in two more cases under the NDPS Act. 2. The matter has been called twice. However, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner even on second call. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. 3. In view of the above, the present petition is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the petitioner to file an application for revival thereof in case, any cause of action still subsists.
