1 The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023’, for quashing of FIR No.144 dated 14.11.2024, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 13 of Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act 2012, Police Station Shambhu, Patiala, along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
