Petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing the present petition praying for grant of regular bail to him in case FIR No.242 dated 07.09.2025, under Sections 21(c), 25, 29/61/85 of the NDPS Act and Section 27-A of NDPS Act, 1985 added later on, registered at Police Station Anti Narcotics Task Force (ANTF), District ANTF Wing. 2. Succinctly the facts of the case are that the police party while on patrolling on 07.09.2025, received a secret information to the effect that Gautam Soni @ Deepu, Rohit @ Mani and Yugraj Singh @ Yuvi were in contact with Pakistani Heroin smugglers and used to procure Heroin from them in huge quantities for supplying it.
