The revision petition assails order dated 11.02.2020 passed by the Appellate Authority, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri, dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner-tenant against order dated 14.12.2016 passed by the Court of Rent Controller, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri, vide which the eviction petition filed by the respondent-landlord was allowed. 2. The respondents-landlords (Durga Rani & Surinder Kumar) (hereinafter referred to as the respondents) instituted a petition under Section 13 of the of the Haryana Urban (Control of Rent and Eviction) Act, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Rent Act’) seeking eviction of the petitioner- tenant (hereinafter referred to as the petitioner) from a shop (fully described in the eviction petition’) situated in Model C
