(ORAL) [1] Judgment debtor/Defendant No.1 is in revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, aggrieved of Order dated 17.09.2025 (Annexure P-10) passed by the Executing Court whereby objections filed by them have been ordered to be dismissed. [2] Respondents No.1 & 2/Plaintiffs filed suit seeking a decree of declaration with the consequential relief of permanent injunction to the effect that Order dated 15.07.1992 passed by defendant No.3 be declared illegal, null & void and a decree of permanent injunction be passed restraining defendants from digging out water course/khal in the southern side of Khasra No.16, Rect.
