(ORAL) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to go abroad from 10.06.2026 to 30.06.2026, by considering her application to that effect dated 05.05.2026, Annexure P-3. 2. Learned State counsel has received instructions from the Department vide memo dated 27.05.2026, which is retained on the case file along with its enclosures as Annexure ‘A’. Referring to the same, he contended that on receiving the relevant documents/instructions, the petitioner’s case for grant of leave was considered but it was found that she had been sent on census duty by the Department and working with the Directorate of Census Operations, Haryana.
