(ORAL) The present revision petition assails order dated 12.11.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandigarh, vide which the application moved under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC for rejection of plaint, was dismissed. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent points out that an amicable settlement was arrived at between the parties, as a result of which, the suit itself was withdrawn. 3. Even as per the status retrieved from the website, the suit itself stands dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 09.03.2024. 4. That being so, the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. 5. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
