Mr. Imran Ali, Advocate with Mr. Varinderpal Singh, Manager Ms. Nitika Chhabra, AM for the respondent-New India Ins. Co. Ltd. *** CM-8934-CII-2026 This application has been filed by the applicant-appellant seeking revival of the case as the same was consigned to record room as no one had been appearing on behalf of the applicant-appellant, vide order dated 16.04.2026 passed by this Forum with a liberty to the appellant to revive the same by filing an appropriate application. Notice of the application. Mr. Imran Ali, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the New India Assurance Company Limited. In view of the facts and circumstances stated in the application, the same is allowed and the appeal is taken up for settlement. Main case As agreed, as per statement of the learned counsel for the Insurance Company and counsel for the appellant, (separately recorded today), a sum of Rs.45,000/- (Rupees Forty Five thousand only) more, over and above, the amount awarded by the Tribunal is allowed to the appellant, in full
