(Oral) 1 Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing the official respondents to take action against respondents No.5 to 7 under Section 24(3) of the Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, for not cooperating in the development works of the Gram Panchayat. 2. Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Jatinder Singh Dhillon, BDPO, Nabha, states that the concerned BDPO has already recommended action against respondents No.5 to 7, and in all probabilies, the aforesaid proceedings would be taken to its logical end within a period of two months from today, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties, in accordance with law.
