Through the instant petition, filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner-management has thrown challenge to the order dated 26.09.2024 (Annexure P-2) as well as the ex parte order/Award dated 08.03.2022 (Annexure P-3), whereby the reference was answered in favour of respondent no.2-workman and he was held entitled for reinstatement with continuity in service alongwith 25% of the back wages. 2.
