Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Respondent No.2 namely Assistant Collector (Tehsildar) (Judicial), Tehsil Bhadohi, District Bhadohi to decide the Restoration Application dated 25.06.2025 filed in Case No.3183 of 2022 (Report Lekhpal Vs. Fulchand) under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated period. 3. Heard counsel for the parties. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the Respondent No.2 namely Assistant Collector (Tehsildar) (Judicial), Tehsil Bhadohi, District Bhadohi to decide the Restoration Application dated 25.06.2025 in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date
