The instant writ petition has been preferred praying inter alia for following relief :- "(1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to take strict action against respondent No. 6 and premises No. 117/L/425 Naveen Nagar, Kakadeo, Kanpur Nagar by sealing it with heavy penalties. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to remove the
