Heard Sri Amit Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no. 3 i.e. Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue), Prayagraj to decide the cases of the petitioner Financial Institution mentioned in paragraph no. 10 of the writ petition filed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 expeditiously within a period to be determined by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
