This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following reliefs: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent no.2 to get the order dated 01.01.2004 passed by Assistant Consolidation Officer, District Azamgarh passed in Case No. 59 U/s 12 U.P.C.H. Act, in respect of village Gambhirvan, Pargana- Nizamabad, Tehsil-Sadar, District Azamgarh in the revenue record within the period so stipulated by this Hon'ble Court (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition). (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to pass reasoned and speaking orders upon the representations pending before them within the period so stipulated by this Hon'ble Court (Annexure No.8 to the writ petition)." 2.
