Instant writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature ofmandamus directing the Consolidation Officer, Kirtapur, District- Jaunpur (respondent no.2) to decide the recall application dated 26.9.2022, being Case No.588/Recall of 2022 (State Vs. Bhagwant and others), filed by the petitioners in accordance with law expeditiously within a short period as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court; ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Consolidation Officer, Kirtapur, District-Jaunpur (respondent no.2) to decide Case No. 588 (State Vs.
