This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 (District Deputy Director of Consolidation, District Banda) to decide the representation dated 28-07- 2025 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and implement the order dated 28.02.2012 passed in Case no. 11 and with regard to chak no. 83 of Village Chandaur, Pargana and Tehsil Atarra, District Banda in view of Section 6(2) of the Consolidation of Holdings Act during the pendency of this writ petition in the interest of justice. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the District Deputy Director of Consolidation, District Banda (respondent no. 3) to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2025 (Annexure no. 4) and mutate the name of petitioner and his heirs in the revenue records." 2.
