At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to amend the prayer clause of the writ petition during course of the day. 2. Permission is granted. 3. Let necessary amendment be carried out in the prayer clause of the petition during course of the day. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "1. To issue, a Writ, Order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding the Respondent No. 4 to ensure the Complete Implementation of the Judgment and Order dated 25/01/2025 (Annexure No.1) passed in Appeal No. 201154054400000244 (Raj Narayan And Others Vs. Brij Narayan And Others) Rule 109 of U.P.C.H. Act, 1953 (Amar Singh vs. Brijnarayan Singh Case No. 202554054465011030 expeditiously, within a short Period so stipulated COMMISSION by this Hon'ble Court. So that Justice may be done with the Petitioner.
