Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 02.08.2024 passed by the Respondent No. 3, as well as the impugned order dated 22.10.2018 issued by the Respondent No. 4, copy whereof is annexed as Annexure-l and Annexure-2 respectively to the instant Writ Petition. ii.
