Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the state respondent no. 1 to 3, and perused the record on Board. 2. In view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case and the order proposed to be passed, this Court proceeds to decide this matter finally at the admission stage itself, with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties present, without calling for their respective affidavits. 3. The petitioners are aggrieved by the order impugned dated 21.01.2025, whereby their claim for payment of salary on the post of Class-IV employees has been denied. It is submitted that the claim of the petitioners has not properly been considered in pursuance of the directions issued by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 19.10.2023 passed in Writ- A No.9990 of 2021 (Vishal Kumar Chaubey And Another vs. State of U.P.
