Heard Sri Sumit Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition at this stage with liberty to again approach this Court questioning the order dated 10.12.2025 post outcome to the challenge raised in the order whereby the EWS certificate has been cancelled. 2.
