Withdrawal Application No.2 of 2026 By way of the present withdrawal application, the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein, the challenge has been raised to the order dated 19.08.2025 and 22.01.2026 on the ground that there are inherent defects, with liberty to file fresh.
