The present petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 307/2023 dated 04.03.2023, registered at Police Station Burari, for offences under Sections 354/323/509/506/427/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 4. The FIR was registered on a complaint filed by Respondent No. 2. One Dayanand, who is the Devar/brother-in-law of the Complainant, was married to one Nisha Rani @ Prachi.
