HON'BLE ABDHESH KUMAR CHAUDHARY, J. (C. M. Application No. 32519 of 2006) 1. This is an application for condonation of delay in filing special appeal. 2. The special appeal was filed in 2006 by the State of U.P. challenging the judgment and order dated 16.02.2006, however, the appeal itself was filed on 11.09.2006 with a delay of about 5 months 16 days. 3. We have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application for condonation of delay and do not find the explanation to be satisfactory.
