This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to ensure uninterrupted construction of the overhead water tank in Village - Siyabasti, District-Mau. 2. Submissions have been made that the water tank was sanctioned and was being constructed, wherein the boring was already complete, however, on account of a litigation initiated by respondent No. 6 against whom, an order under Section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 was passed, wherein the High Court had specifically ordered that the construction of the overhead water tank to continue, the respondents, for no apparent reason, have stopped the construction work. 3.
