By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 14.11.2025, passed by the District Judge, Lucknow, in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 326/2025, "Rukmini Rai Vs. Smt. Sadhna Srivastava", under Order XLIII Rule 1(r) C.P.C. 4.
