The instant appeal has been filed by the appellants under Section 74 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 against the impugned judgment and decree dated 20.01.2026 passed by the Presiding Officer, LARRA, Gautam Buddh Nagar in proceeding under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 bearing L.A.R.
