Heard Sri Om Prakash Rai, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rohit Nandan Pandey, learned counsel for the first informant and Sri Roshan Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 321 of 2025, under Sections- 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 115(2), 352, 103(1) of B.N.S., Police Station- Babugarh, District- Hapur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. As per prosecution case, an altercation is stated to have took place between the parties regarding the parking of a tractor on the road. It is alleged that on 16.11.2025 at about 04:00 PM, the applicant along with eight other co-accused persons opened fire upon the informant and his family members thereby seven persons sustained gun-shot injuries.
