The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.481 of 2025, under Sections 61(2), 231, 248(B) of B.N.S. and Secetion 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter (Prevention) Act and Section 11 of Animals Cruelty Act, registered at Police Station Mundha Pandey, District Moradabad, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of his extra-judicial confession before the Gram Pradhan of the village.
