The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Ilyas, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 35 of 2026, under Sections 3/5/8 Cow Slaughter Act & 11 Animal Cruelty Act & 325 BNS, registered at Police Station Highway, District Mathura, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive.
