Heard Shri Pratap Kanchan Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, and Shri Paritosh Maurya, learned AGA-Ist for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Omprakash Singh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 6577 of 20255, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 316(5), 61(2) of B.N.S. and Section 666D of the I.T. Act, registered at Police Station Kotwali Karvi, District Chitrakoot during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive.It is further submitted that co-accused Kamla Devi has already been enlarged on bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.03.2026 pa
