Heard Shri Vivek Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Syed Riyaz Askari, learned counsel for the first informant and Shri V.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Rahul @ Ankush, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 825 of 2025, under Sections 352, 351(3), 115(2), 109(1) BNS and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sardhana, District Meerut, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that applicant has been assigned the role of opening fire on the husband of the first informant, however injuries
