Heard Sri Shailendra Kumar Mishra, the learned counsel for applicant, Sri Ajay Kumar Srivastava, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. By means of this application, the applicant has impeached/assailed the order dated 28.10.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1563 of 2025 (Harsh Pratap @ Shivam Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and another). Vide the order in issue, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the opposite party No.2. The order dated 28.10.2025 is extracted herein under :- "1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned AGA for the State, Sri Shailendra Kumar Mishra who appears for the informant and perused the records. 2. The present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in FIR No.236 of 2025
