The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 201 of 2025 under Sections 126(2), 140(1), 308(5) of B.N.S., Police Station Mundha Pandey, District Moradabad with the prayer that in the event of arrest, the applicant may be released on bail. 2.
