This criminal appeal has been filed by the learned counsel for the appellant under Section 14-A (2) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 for setting aside the impugned order dated 12.11.2025 passed by Special Judge, SC/ST (P.A.) Act, Basti in Case Crime No. 116 of 2025, under Sections 69, 74, 115(2), 351(3) BNS and Section 3(1)(Da) (Dha), 3(2)(5), 3(2)(5-A) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Gaur, District Basti. 3.
