The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(1) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been preferred to allow the appeal and set aside the judgment and order dated 03.10.2025, passed by the Learned Special Judge S.T/S.T Act, District Mirzapur, in Special Session Trial No. 989 of 2025 (State Vs Munni Raj Pal & Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 167 of 2025, (State Vs Munni Raj Pal & Others), under Section 351(3), 352 B.N.S and 3(1)(da), 3(1)(dha) and 3(2)(V)(Ka) of S.C/S.T, Police Station- Jigna, District Mirzapur. 3.
