Present application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been preferred for quashing the entire proceeding of Special Session Trial No. 05 of 2022 (State vs. Guru Prasad Rai @ Bechu), arising out of Case Crime No. 69 of 2021, under Section 3(1) of the U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Gambhirpur, District Azamgarh, as well as chargesheet dated 11.12.2021 and cognizance/summoning order dated 24.01.2022, pending in the Court of Special Judge, (Gangster Act), Azamgarh. 3.
