And Another .....Opposite Party(s) Counsel for Applicant(s) : Ashok Kumar Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A., Ashish Kumar Tiwari Court No. - 16 HON'BLE SHREE PRAKASH SINGH, J. On 27.02.2026, the following order was passed:- "1. Learned counsel for the parties states that the matter has been compromised. 2. In view thereof, the parties are directed to appear before the trial Court concerned for verification of the compromise on 17.03.2026. 3. Trial Court shall verify the same and send the report to this Court by the next date fixed. 4. List on 30.03.2026 alongwith the report. 5. Till the next date of listing, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant in pursuance to FIR No.414 of 2016, P.S. Sarojni Nagar, District Lucknow. 6. Office is directed to return the original compromise deed, if any, to the counsel for the applicant on his moving an appropriate application for its verification before the trial Court, by retaining a photocopy thereof on record.
