This is a Civil Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 31.10.2025 passed by the learned Competent Authority exercising jurisdiction under Section 76 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, whereby the learned authority has decided the reference petition against the petitioners. 2. A perusal of the paper book would show that against the impugned order dated 31.10.2025, a Review Application was filed which was dismissed in default on 01.12.2025. 3.
