The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the official respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 11 and to take action on their representation dated 16.06.2026 (Annexure P-7). 2.
