(ORAL) Present criminal writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 by petitioners seeking protection of their lives and liberty as guaranteed by Article 21 of the Constitution of India. 2.
