The present Criminal Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners. 2. The petitioners are living in “Live in Relationship”. It has been stated that the date of birth of petitioner No.1 is 06.06.2007 as per the Aadhar Card (Annexure P-1) and the date of birth of petitioner No.2 is 28.12.2005 as per the Aadhar Card (Annexure P-2). It is submitted that although both the petitioners are major, but petitioner No.2 is not of marriageable age, which is 21 years. However, it is the case of the petitioners that they are unmarried and living in “Live in-Relationship” out of their free will and without any pressure.
