The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a direction to official respondents No.1 and 2 to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioner and her family members from the hands of respondents No.5 to 7 and to take action on her representation dated 10.06.2026 (Annexure P-3). 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has recently filed a representation on 10.06.2026 before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur (Annexure P-3) raising her grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereon.
