The present Criminal Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing respondents no.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners. 2. It is the case of the petitioners that they both are major inasmuch as petitioner no.1 was born on 18.10.2006, as is apparent from her Aadhar Card (Annexure P-1), and petitioner No.2 was born on 10.09.2004, as is apparent from his Aadhar Card (Anneuxre P-2) and have married each other on 15.06.2026, with their free consent and without any pressure and that this is their first marriage. Reliance has been placed upon the marriage certificate (Annexure P-3) and photograph (Annexure P-4).
