Present petition has been filed for the grant of benefit of interim bail to the petitioner in respect of FIR No.183 dated 31.05.2021 registered under Sections 302, 307 and 34 of IPC (now under Sections 103,109 3(1) of of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 (hereinafter referred to as ‘BNS’) and Sections 25, 54 and 59 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Murthal District Sonepat. 2. A coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.06.2026 directed the State to file the status report. 3. In pursuance to the said order, a status report dated 11.06.2026 has been filed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Murthal, District Sonepat. The same is taken on record. 4.
