DEEPAK GUPTA, J.(Oral) Pursuant to the order dated 16.06.2026, alleged detenue – Pawandeep Kaur has been produced. The report of the Warrant Officer has also been received. As per the report, in fact, the alleged detenue has not been detained by respondent Nos.5 and 6 as was alleged and rather she got married on 15.05.2026 with her consent and is presently residing with her husband. Alleged detenue – Pawandeep Kaur is present in person and confirms the aforesaid posion and submits that she was never detained by respondent Nos.5 and 6, who are her father and brother. In view of the aforesaid situaon, no further direcon is required. Disposed of.
