Petitioners Priyanka Nahar and Sonu have filed present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect their life and personal liberty from the hands of respondent Nos.4 & 5. 2. It is submitted that both petitioners are major. As per Aadhar Card and Birth Certificate of petitioner No.1 (Annexure P-1), her date of birth is 18.05.2008. On the other hand as per Aadhar Card and PAN Card of petitioner No.2 (Annexure P-2), his date of birth is 26.01.2004. They had performed marriage on 13.06.2026. Copy of marriage certificate and marriage photographs is Annexure P-3. Petitioners also moved representation to Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur dated 23.06.2026, which is Annexure P-4.
