The present civil revision has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for quashing of the impugned order dated 07.05.2026 (Annexure P-6) passed by the Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Samrala, whereby, the learned trial Court has dismissed the application for interim temporary injunction at this stage without considering the factual position of the case. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia contends that the petitioners have filed a civil suit along with an application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of CPC seeking grant of ad interim temporary injunction. However, the learned trial Court declined the prayer for ex parte ad interim injunction and issued notice of the civil suit as well as the stay application to the defendants.
