This appeal has been preferred by the appellant, assailing the Judgment dated 10.08.2004 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as „Trial Court‟) in S.C. No. 72/1995, arising out of FIR No. 592/83, registered at Police Station, Lajpat Nagar, vide which the appellant was convicted for the offence 2. The appellant further challenges the Order dated 19.08.2004 passed by the learned Trial Court, whereby the appellant has been sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life, with fine of Rs.1,000/-, and in default, to undergo further simple imprisonment for one month.
